Our wedding rates are shown below with terms & conditions downloadable under ‘advice’ at the bottom of this page.

Don’t forget that although you can arrange a wedding at short notice the trend is for longer lead in times of 12 – 18 months, sometimes a couple of years! So for the dates & caterers etc that you want, especially in May, June or September, it’s the early bird that gets the worm...

Price includes:

use of our purpose-built wedding pavilion (75 standing/50 seated, with extra room for other guests on the surrounding decking and grass - includes up to 100 chairs)

use of the Grand Lodge (ideal for up to 20-40 standing or 20-25 seated for wedding breakfast)

portable temporary pavilions, 2 available, suitable as cocktail tents, extra bar/catering space etc

use of designated areas of the site for ceremony, photographs, cocktails, reception & party in the evening etc

car parking, loos & showers

2 accompanied site visits (after initial meeting & booking)

your chosen music (band/DJ not included) playing until midnight

staff time and support in the lead up, during and after the event

co-ordination and storage of deliveries

agreed set up and clear up rubbish disposal and recycling

use of the lake & fire pit(s) where appropriate

liaising with external providers of everything from stage design to refrigeration units and much more

the wedding night for the bride and groom in a medium tipi on a Private Site (when you have your ceremony & reception here with us)

 

Additional costs may include:

*highly cost effective hire of our marquee including our tables, chairs & lighting** according to size of wedding, this applies only to weddings in bands

3 - 12, ie 31 to 300+ guests: add £945 for band 3, £1215 for band 4, £1620 for band 5, £1890 for band 6, £2430 for band 7 & £2700 for band 8, £2950 for band 9, £3450 for band 10, £3950 for band 11 & £4500 for band 12 (** requires generator hire - see below)

marquees for more than 150 people (band 9 or above) or other alternative tented spaces from external providers

**generator hire to power anything from fridges to sound systems, ligting in marquee and anything else

additional loos (next to big marquee) eg trailer and portable units - usually if disabled unit required

food, catering & wedding cake. Drinks & mobile bar - our wooden rustic bar as a centrepiece - £90

hire of tables & chairs for your marquee if you are not having our marquee package (where they are included) or if you are having our marquee package but want something different from the equipment we provide.

hire of crockery, cutlery, linen, glassware, vintage china etc...

photographer/video/photobooth

further site visits @ £60 each

flowers, design & set dressers, specialist dance floor if required, marque heating (rarely needed)

hire of bunting, flags & other decorations

hire of our braziers (x6) for night time atmosphere (£90 + logs & charcoal)

musicians, bands & DJ’s,

our portable audio system + microphone which takes most iPhones/iPads/iPads etc (£48 ceremony only or full day £90)

other wedding entertainment: fire artists/fireworks/lake lanterns/ bouncy castles/puppeteers/outside games etc

tipis for guest accommodation

 

Ceremony or Reception only:

If you’ve already got somewhere even more special to you to hold your reception, but want to have your ceremony by our bubbling stream then we’re happy for you to marry in our Pavilion for 50% of our above costs. If you’ve got your heart set on marrying elsewhere, but want to come to us for your party of a lifetime then its 80% of the above costs.

 

To secure your wedding date we require a 50% deposit of your base rate with the balance payable 12 weeks before the big day. Additional costs are payable as agreed. Cancellation policy as per our terms and conditions
