Julie & Colin got married on a glorious day in the merrie month of May (as they say at Padstow Obby Oss) – they chose an outdoor wedding with both sets of parents, a bridesmaid & of course the couple’s best friend – Marley the dog.

Elopement ceremony & picnic

They knew exactly what they wanted; an elopement style ceremony followed by a picnic in the woods. After this it was bye-bye to all the family & the rest of the day was theirs alone – just the two of them, lost in romance down at the lake, then motoring down little Cornish lanes to nearby Port Quin.

Split screen VDub

Their photographer was kept busy scrambling up hedges & balancing on walls to capture the bride & groom elegant in their pale blue split screen VDub.

Coastal bridal shoot

Then they arrived - & had the whole of North Cornwall spread out before them with springy cliff top turf & a carpet of marine pinks above a shining sea…it was more beautiful than a movie, more perfect than a dream – just heaven.
